Frequently Asked Questions
How does the FlyBy Pass work?
A FlyBy Pass stores the passenger's biometrics (fingerprint and iris image) collected during enrollment. Upon entering the FlyBy Pass designated lane, passengers will be greeted by FlyBy attendants and assisted through the entire security process. First the passenger will be prompted to either place their fingers on a scanner or look into an iris reader. Seconds later when the biometrics on the card match the passenger's, the FlyBy Pass attendants will escort the passenger directly to the front of the baggage screening line. The security check is then over and the passenger can continue into the airport. When traveling with FlyBy, passengers can expect to get through airport security in under 5 minutes.
