Steps to Enroll

Step 1: Create a FlyBy Pass account online, agree to our Terms and Conditions, select a payment method, and enter biographical information requested by the TSA.*

* Note: This step may also be completed at a designated enrollment facility immediately prior to completing Step 2.

Step 2: This step will be completed onsite at one of our FlyBy Pass enrollment stations. During this step, one of our FlyBy Pass attendants will verify your identification, capture your fingerprints, images of your irises (optional), and take your photograph (click here for more details). To complete this step you will need:

  • Your FlyBy Pass account number (given to you online after completion of Step 1)
  • At least two pieces of approved government-issued identification such as a Driver's License and Passport

After completion of Step 2, clients will be mailed a FlyBy Pass with their biometrics stored on the card. Our FlyBy Pass cards are interoperable, and can be used at all airports supporting the Registered Traveler Program.

Cost

The total annual fee for the FlyBy Pass is $99, which includes a $28 TSA vetting fee.

Biographical Information Requested during Enrollment

  1. Full legal name (as listed on the government-issued identity documents used to establish identity)
  2. Other names used (such as maiden name or alias)
  3. Social Security Number (optional)
  4. Citizenship status
  5. Alien registration number (if applicable)
  6. Current home address, city, state, zip code (PO Box will not be accepted)
  7. Primary and secondary telephone numbers (home, work, or cellular)
  8. Current e-mail address
  9. Date of birth
  10. Place of birth (city, state, country)
  11. Gender
  12. Height
  13. Previous home addresses, city, state, zip codes in past 5 years (optional)
  14. Employer name (optional)
  15. Employer address, city state, zip code (optional)
  16. Driver’s license number (optional)

Biometric Information Taken during Enrollment

FlyBy Pass attendants will collect the maximum possible of 10 flat fingerprint images. In cases where physical disability prevents you from providing 10 flat fingerprint images, FlyBy Pass may enroll you by collecting at least four flat fingerprint images. Optional iris scan is also available.

FlyBy Pass attendants will also collect a digital photograph at enrollment. The photograph is in no case a substitute for biometric identity verification using fingerprint or iris data in the FlyBy Pass Lane. At no time will the FlyBy Pass be considered a valid government identification credential.
